Associate Counsel

A company is looking for an Associate Counsel to draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements related to AI and technology.

Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate commercial AI SaaS contracts and other technology-related agreements

Analyze and navigate legal and technological issues in AI

Provide training and develop resources for sales and cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

Law degree and admitted to practice in at least one jurisdiction

2+ years of law firm and / or in-house experience

Transactional background in SaaS, technology, and / or IP licensing

Experience with commercial deals involving generative AI is preferred

Familiarity with Ironclad CLM is a plus
