Accounting Manager

We are a largely privately-owned company in the consumer products industry. We have our products available in stores nationwide and are continuing to grow! We are looking to add an on-site Accounting Manager to our team, who will report to the Controller out of our Tinley Park, IL office.

Key Reponsibilities

• Participate and lead in the financial month-end / quarter-end / year-end close, coordinating year-end audits
• Crosscommunication within various departments and several manufacturing plant locations accounting staff
• Assist with internal reports for financial analysis, financial reporting, budgets, forecasts, and analysis of results with upper management
• Ensure company compliance with GAAP, implementing new accounting systems, and maintaining processes
• Perform other duties as assigned
