Day Shift – 6 : 30 am – 5 : 00 pm Monday–Thursday

Job Summary

The CNC Operator is responsible for the operation, set-up, loading, and unloading of 3-Axis CNC routers, flatbed routers, and flatbed lasers. This role requires accurately reading prints and work orders, translating specifications for cutting materials, and using calipers, tape measures, and conversions between fractional, millimeter, and decimal measurements. Additional duties include skidding materials for shipment, material handling, and participation in general labor and fabrication as needed.

Responsibilities

Operate, set up, load, and unload CNC equipment (3-Axis CNC routers, flatbed routers, and flatbed lasers)
Read and interpret prints and work orders accurately
Perform measurement conversions and use precision measuring tools
Skid materials for shipment and handle materials properly
Assist in general labor and fabrication tasks
Work effectively in a team environment

Key Qualifications

1 year of CNC operating experience preferred

Experience in plastics fabrication or CNC operation / programming with plastics a plus

Reliable, dependable, and detail-oriented

Must be able to commute or relocate to Wyoming, MI before starting work
