• Work 4x10 day shifts from 6 : 00 AM to 4 : 00 PM
• Full-time position with guaranteed 40 hours per week
• 1 weekend required per month
• 1 day of call per week
• No floating between locations required
• Maintain 1 : 1 nurse to patient ratio
• 1 year of experience in related nursing specialty preferred
• Required certifications : BLS via AHA, ACLS via AHA, PALS via AHA
• RN License (state or compact) required
• Verbal CPI hire required
• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required
• Basic computer knowledge required
• Demonstrate proficiency in nursing process including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Provide direct and safe patient care while maintaining clinical competency
• Practice medication administration following the five rights protocol
• Act as patient advocate while respecting cultural and religious beliefs
• Participate in hospital and department quality activities as required
