About this Role
This opportunity is an Operations Finance lead role within a fast-paced and growing Commercial Fire business. It requires a highly analytical individual who is capable of understanding and interpreting complex business information. Requires a hands-on individual with high intellectual ability and curiosity and the ability to create new and robust processes from scratch.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the operations finance activities for the Global Commercial Fire business supporting the team in our factories in China, Mexico, Poland, and Brazil.
- Provide real-time support of scorecards, KPI metrics, analytics, and dashboards
- Analyze the organization's Labor and burden, efficiency, productivity projects, logistics efficiency, profitability, and other financial indicators to the factories forecast, its short, medium, and long-term performance.
- Drive L&B improvements through implementation of tracking tools & control of spending in various projects and support with ongoing transformation of the business.
- Support monthly, weekly, productivity projects and savings generated from these initiatives.
- Report and analyze monthly actuals results.
- Forecasting / planning models, business case models, and other advanced analytics as required to support the factories initiatives
- Communicate messages effectively, understand the audience and deliver information in a clear and user-friendly manner.
- Prepare, present and / or support Factories and strategic reviews and special projects as required.
- Implementing KGS financial policies and ensuring all the reporting entities are following those standards.
- Support management of our factory monthly forecasting cycle, annual planning cycle, and Long-Range Plan preparation.
- Support the development of periodic management presentations and auxiliary schedules, including business reviews, strategic plans, and other presentations for leadership, as needed.
- Finance business partnering to Plant managers, Controllership, Treasury, and other functional leaders to achieve overall regions goals.
Basic Qualifications
BA / BS degree in accounting or finance10+ years of experience in a financial and / or accounting role in a senior analytical positionPreferred Qualifications
