Part Time Sales Associate

Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming in-store experience? Do you thrive in a dynamic retail environment where every day is different?

As a member of our close-knit team, you will enjoy competitive pay, benefits, and an enticing employee discount. Join us in delivering an amazing shopping experience to our valued customers! Home improvement knowledge is preferred but not required. Common schedules include (2 / 3) 4-hour shifts each week, or more when available.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Proactively greet customers warmly and assist them with any inquiries or issues.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly store environment.
  • As needed be able to operate cash registers efficiently and accurately.
  • Stock merchandise and ensure shelves are well-maintained.

Requirements

  • No prior retail experience is necessary.
  • Ability to stand, walk, lift to 40lbs, and climb stairs.
  • Willingness to undergo training and continued education.
  • Project a positive representation of Steve's Ace.
  • Available to work a minimum of one shift each weekend.
