Temp-to-hire is a required expectation. Candidate must have reliable transportation (not public transportation) and no scheduling restrictions. Facility may call off traveler up to 1 shift per pay period (every 2 weeks). All RTO must be presented at the time of submission and confirmed with the hiring manager. 5x8hr Days, 0830-1700, Mon-Fri No weekend or on-call requirements. Schedule is Monday-Friday.
Job Summary :
This is a 13-week, temp-to-hire Medical Assistant position at an Advanced Cardiac Support clinic. The role involves working 5x8hr day shifts, Monday through Friday, and requires at least 6 months of experience as a Medical Assistant. The Medical Assistant will be responsible for lab draws and may float between clinics within their skillset.

Responsibilities :
- Perform lab draws.
- Assist with patient care in a cardiology clinic setting.
- Float between clinics within skillset as needed.
- Chart patient information using EPIC.
- Answer phones and direct calls.
- Perform data entry into electronic medical database systems.
- Document patient care and related duties appropriately.
- Perform selected patient registration activities.
- Coordinate equipment / supply needs and report malfunctions.
