Retail Success (Temporary)

Responsibilities

  • Enter and verify that buyer orders have transferred correctly from Excel into FashionGo order system.
  • Confirm buyer orders are accurately completed and submitted on linesheets.
  • Verify vendor order drop-offs at the labeling company.
  • Coordinate with the labeling company and ensure status updates are entered accurately.
  • Input shipment data from the labeling company into Excel for FashionGo orders (currently not visible in My Account / Order History).
  • Follow up with buyers regarding any workflow disruptions or order-related issues.

Required Qualifications

  • Proficient in MS Office Applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Ability to type efficiently and work with data entry software
  • Ability to communicate clearly with buyers, vendors, and labeling partners.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Previous experience in order processing, operations, or wholesale / e-commerce is a plus.

    The pay range for this position in Los Angeles, CA is $$22.00-$25.00 (hr); thebase pay offered may vary " within the range " depending on job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
