At Elite Sports Clubs, we pride ourselves on providing top-notch facilities and exceptional service to our members.

We are currently seeking energetic and enthusiastic individuals to join our Painter and Maintenance Team.

If you have previous painting experience in a commercial setting and some general maintenance skills, we want to hear from you!

Job Description :

  • As a member of our Operations Team, you will play a vital role in maintaining our (4) 140,000+ square foot athletic facilities.
  • This customer-facing position is crucial to our company's success and offers opportunities for growth within our organization.
  • You will work closely with our Building Engineers, providing a great teaching platform and paving the way for potential future roles as a building engineer.

Responsibilities :

  • Prepare all surfaces for painting, including identifying and performing the correct preparation techniques.
  • Paint entire spaces, including drywall patching or touch-up as directed.
  • Experience with surfaces other than drywall is a plus.
  • Follow company procedures and guidelines regarding prep, painting, and cleaning.
  • Perform other duties as assigned as needed.

    • Minimum Qualifications :

  • At least 3 years of commercial painting and Maintenance experience.
  • Ability to stand, climb stairs / ladders, and walk the property as needed.
  • Capable of regularly lifting and / or moving 25 lbs., frequently lifting and / or moving 40 lbs., and occasionally lifting and / or moving 50+ lbs.
  • Ability to work in various weather and climate conditions.
