GreatWater 360 Auto Care is growing fast—and we’re looking for a solid Automotive Service Manager with a great attitude to join our team in a unique Bench Role . This position is designed to support multiple shops within the district while preparing you to take over your own location within a few months.If you’re a values-driven leader who sets the standard, inspires your team, and builds trust with every customer, this is your opportunity to grow with a company that invests in your future.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary : $55,000 – $68,000
  • Incentives : Monthly & Quarterly Performance Bonuses

    • What You’ll Do

  • Support multiple shops in the Roscoe / Rockford, IL area
  • Lead and motivate shop teams
  • Manage daily operations and ensure high service standards
  • Build lasting customer relationships based on trust
  • Drive shop performance and manage P&L
  • Train, coach, and develop team members

    • What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of automotive shop management experience
  • 1+ year in a service advisor or sales role
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR
  • Proven leadership and performance management experience
  • Strong problem-solving and financial analysis skills
  • A self-aware, servant leader who leads by example

    This is a district-based role supporting shops in Roscoe / Rockford, IL .

    Requirements :

  • High school diploma or GED is required
  • Must possess a current valid driver's license and have a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
  • 2+ years’ automotive shop management experience
  • 1+ year experience in a service advisor role or demonstrate an ability to sell.
  • Self-aware, servant leader with proven experience managing (included interviewing, hiring, training, counseling, and termination of employees).
  • Previous experience with performance management including coaching, setting expectations, writing, and delivering performance reviews, managing disciplinary actions, conducting investigations, and holding employees accountable for results
  • Strong motivator with the ability to proactively diagnose problems and provide effective solutions; ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situation
  • Ability to interrupt and calculate figures such as financial reports, discounts, interest, and percentages; ability to apply concepts of basic math
  • Demonstrated experience managing a P&L and familiarity with key line-item management to impact results
