Key Responsibilities
Manage the TA tech release strategy and calendar with TPMs
Own the TA Service Desk and enhance the TA support process
Align funnel programs and projects with the broader tech and tooling strategy
Required Qualifications
5+ years in Recruiting Enablement, Program Management, or related experience
Experience with large-scale change and tool implementations
Track record in building and delivering key recruiting programs
Experience in project management and influencing partner teams
Proficiency in recruiting tools and software, with knowledge of the recruiting lifecycle
