(within 20mins of Providence!) Outpatient Addiction Medicine - Medication Management, Primary Care, Behavioral Health, Chronic Disease Management, etc The Physician will work alongside their support staff team to treat patients in an outpatient setting. This is an FQHC facility. Desire to work with an underserved population. Team Size : 3MDs and 8 APPs Daily Volume : 16-20 Call : 1 Week per quarter. 1 Weekend per quarter. Schedule : 40hrs per week. 32 clinical and 8 Admin 4 day week an option! Beautiful location near the water with great culture and amenities!
