Client Account Analyst - Collections

That's why we're looking for a Client Account Analyst - Collections to work closely with firm attorneys to develop and manage collection programs for their clients.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for...

• Managing collection of assigned client accounts and assisting in developing and implementing collection strategies to achieve established targeted average time for collection
• Monitoring past due accounts receivable over established guidelines while working with responsible parties to recommend and implement appropriate actions to bring accounts to current status
• Reconciling client A / R balances to ensure necessary adjustments are made to client invoices
• Negotiating revised payment arrangements / agreement with clients as needed
• Providing monthly reports on collection status

Pay Range for Candidates in Washington, DC :

$78,000 - $92,000 per year

Pay Range for Candidates in Baltimore, MD :

$75,000 - $88,000 per year

The range provided is the minimum and maximum salary that Venable in good faith believes at the time of this posting that it is willing to pay for the advertised position. Exact compensation will be determined based on individual candidate qualifications and location. Additional compensation may include discretionary bonuses and overtime, if eligible. Overtime wages earned will be paid in compliance with applicable law.
