Communication Specialist - Influencer Marketing & PR (Entry-Level)

We're a growing marketing startup, and we're looking for a stellar Communication Specialist to help us with Influencer Marketing and Public Relations. If you’ve got an eye for trends, love working with influencers, and can handle everything from emails to negotiations, this role is for you!

What You'll Be Doing :

Day-to-Day :

• Check and respond to emails, taking care of any immediate tasks.
• Schedule bloggers for the month and ensure everything’s on track.
• Verify influencer locations with clients, keep budgets organized, and handle logistics.
• Initiate, create, manage and work with events for clients and phavur team.
• Create, maintain, and build relationships with influencers, celebrities, and journalists.

Teamwork :

What We're Looking For :

Negotiation Skills : You’re assertive and know how to negotiate without backing down.

Organized : You can manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Communication : Strong writing and verbal skills, able to communicate clearly with clients, influencers, and team members.

Tech Proficiency : Familiar with tools like Google Sheets, Bill.com, Slack, Instagram, and TikTok.

Collaborative : Able to work closely with a team to keep campaigns running smoothly.

Additional Requirements : :

Experience in marketing, PR, or influencer work.

Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is not required but is preferred.
