Controller Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee all financial operations including accounting, audit, and revenue cycle coordination
• Manage month-end close, financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting
• Ensure SOX compliance and GAAP accuracy through diligent review and controls
• Partner with department heads to drive fiscal discipline and improve performance metrics
• Collaborate with shared services for revenue, materials management, and payroll functions
• Lead and mentor both on-site and offshore accounting teams
• Serve as a key advisor to the CFO, providing insight, analysis, and action planning
