Hiring an experienced baker to join our small team. All of our pastries are naturally leavened, aside from croissant. We are looking for someone who is a team player, eager to grow with the bakery. Currently operating 4 days a week with Wednesdays being our prep day- we will soon be opening Mondays
Lamination experience required
Baking fundamentals are required (including shaping)
This position focuses a lot on intuitive baking, understanding proper proofing, baking temp and times, knowing when pastries are baked properly.
Pay is determined based off skill, experience, and work ethic
