Overview

Land Use / Zoning Attorney position at a 20-attorney firm located north of Atlanta. This role involves attending city council and commissioner meetings to represent the firm, so you should be comfortable speaking up and owning the room.

Responsibilities

  • Attend city council and commissioner meetings to represent the firm.
  • Engage with clients and public entities in a professional, persuasive manner.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of land use / zoning or related experience (but open to less when appropriate).
  • Licensed and in good standing in Georgia
  • Strong communication skills and courtroom presence

    • Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary range : $120K–$175K , based on experience and law school background
  • Hybrid work : 2 remote days / week after 90 days
  • Unlimited PTO (just hit your hours!)
  • Bonus structure : Monthly performance-based bonuses + annual discretionary bonus
  • Healthcare : Firm pays 100% of premium and co-pay after $3K deductible
  • Billable target : 1920 hours / year
