Springs Legal Services Attorney

Overview

Assist survivors of domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault and stalking to obtain injunctions for protection, among other legal remedies, against their abusers to enable them to safely move on with their lives. The Legal Services Division is a team of dedicated attorneys who represent survivors of domestic violence for free and without regard for ability to pay. The salary is very competitive for similar type employment along with generous benefits and PTO policy.

About Us

The Legal Services Division Staff Attorney will spend each day working directly with survivors including representing the survivors in Domestic Violence Court. It is a paperless and efficient practice to allow the attorney to focus on serving survivors without getting bogged down in paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Represent survivors in Domestic Violence Court and provide other legal remedies to protect them from abuse.
• Engage in a paperless, efficient practice to minimize unnecessary paperwork and maximize direct client service.
• Provide legal services with the goal of helping survivors safely move forward with their lives.
