Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple technical roles
Create and support the interview process, including scorecards and hiring decisions
Deliver a positive candidate experience and negotiate offers
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3+ years of full-cycle Technical Recruiting experience in the Software / SaaS industry
Experience with ATS platforms such as Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever
Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter and boolean searches
Data-driven approach to hiring decisions
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
