What you’ll be doing
Monitor quality and general work performance, and coordination to make necessary adjustments to given task and environmental modifications to ensure consumer successTransportation and Participation in Community ActivitiesPersonal Care / Assistance with Activities of Daily LivingProvide vocational supports in a variety of settings; community and facility basedEncourages independence and building of natural supports within the work environmentMaintain a productive working relationship with host companies and employersJob Requirements
