We are seeking an entrepreneurial customer‑obsessed Product Manager to lead the product vision and execution for our AI Solutions and Services.

Role Overview

Own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle, understand customer needs, define the product roadmap, and work with a world‑class engineering team to deliver innovative solutions that make it easy for any user to leverage AI. Sit at the intersection of customers, engineering, core engineering, and GTM strategy, driving AI within the Data Cloud.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Product Vision & Roadmap : Define and articulate a clear, compelling strategy for large‑scale AI solutions; architect and own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle, from discovery to launch and metrics.
  • Lead from the Front : Serve as the cross‑functional leader for a pod of engineers, data scientists, and solution architects; drive execution, partner with design, marketing, and sales to bring products to market, and act as evangelist for your product vision.
  • Be the Voice of the Customer : Act as the bridge between customer objectives and technical capabilities; engage deeply with users and executives to gather insights, validate hypotheses, and ensure solutions solve high‑value problems.
  • Commercialize Innovation : Distill insights from bespoke customer solutions into a strategic vision for scalable, repeatable products; own the roadmap for turning deployments into platform features.
  • Shape Business Strategy : Work with leadership at Snowflake and customers to define product strategy and execute high‑stakes business goals.

Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • 8+ years of product management experience, shipping successful enterprise or cloud services.
  • Deep technical fluency to lead architectural discussions, with hands‑on experience with data science workflows and modern AI paradigms (LLMs, vector databases, agentic workflows).
  • Demonstrated product strategy and roadmap translation.
  • Strong customer empathy and experience working directly with enterprise customers.
  • Exceptional executive presence and communication skills; can command C‑level stakeholders.
  • “Get it done” attitude and passion for building exceptional products.
  • Bonus Points (Nice to Haves)

  • Experience building and launching products for developers or data scientists.
  • Familiarity with Snowflake platform and Data Cloud ecosystem.
  • Management consulting experience.
  • Experience operating in a high‑growth, high‑ambiguity environment.
  • Experience supporting professional services or forward‑deployed engineering teams.
  • Compensation

  • Base salary range : $222,000 - $339,200.
  • Eligible for Snowflake’s bonus and equity plan.
