What You will Do :
- Proactive Sales Execution : Operate as a self-motivated and results-driven sales professional, consistently taking initiative to identify new business opportunities and exceed performance targets.
- Drive Market Growth : Execute high-impact sales strategies that contribute to Pen Manufacturing's market expansion and long-term growthespecially in sectors aligned with our core capabilities like precision sheet metal and CNC assemblies.
- Customer Development & Deal Closing : Build meaningful relationships with key decision-makers, manage your sales pipeline with discipline, and close high-value deals that move the needle.
- Own the Sales Process : Manage the full sales cyclefrom prospecting and qualification to quoting and closewith precision, persistence, and professionalism.
- Data-Driven Performance : Leverage CRM tools and data insights to track progress, identify trends, and refine your outreach approach for greater conversion.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally : Work closely with estimating, engineering, and operations teams to ensure customer expectations are aligned with Pen Manufacturing's capabilities and deliverables
Who You Are :
Experienced in B2B Sales : 3+ years of total sales experience, including at least 1 year in industrial or manufacturing sectors.
