Position Overview

We are seeking a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) Physician to provide inpatient rehab coverage in Illinois. The provider will work with an interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive rehabilitation care for patients recovering from a wide range of physical and neurological conditions.

Assignment Details

  • Setting : Inpatient rehabilitation floor
  • Schedule : MondayFriday, 8a4p
  • No weekends No call
  • Estimated Shifts / Month : 20
  • Daily Census : Consistent with rehab floor standards
  • EMR : Epic
  • Privileges : Full and Temporary privileges available (approx. 30 days for credentialing)

Requirements

  • Board Certification : Required (PM&R)
  • Experience : Minimum 1 year
  • Licensure : Active Illinois medical license and CSR required
  • DEA : Required
  • Certifications : BLS and ACLS required
