Mitigation and Reconstruction Xactimate Estimator

Estimator Position

Servpro of McAllen is seeking someone with structural experience and a strong knowledge of the mitigation process as well as reconstruction. Strong candidates must have experience in the insurance related industry. Required qualifications include :

• Previous construction estimating and / or insurance adjusting experience
• Superb customer service track record
• Effective written and oral communication
• Proficient use of Xactimate estimating software a plus
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Team player
• Office administrative duties such as preparing email and written correspondence
• Perform detailed and accurate data entry
• Assist other departments, as needed
• Possess polite, confident, and excellent customer service skills, including listening and questioning skills
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
• Capability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment
