job_description.job_card.job_descriptionOwn day-to-day accounting functions : AP, AR, journal entries, reconciliations Assist with monthly close and financial statement prep Support job costing, WIP tracking, and retainage accounting across multiple divisions Collaborate with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and KPI reporting Help refine workflows and improve clarity across accounting system Anaylyze Financial Data to identify discrepancies, trends and opportunities for improvement 35 years of accounting experience (construction or trades preferred) Proficiency in QuickBooks Enterprise, FOUNDATION, or similar platforms Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Strong Excel skills and comfort with financial modeling Detail-oriented mindset with a bias for clarity and accountability Ability to work independently and communicate effectively across teams CPA track or CMA coursework a plus, but not required
