Key Responsibilities
Review and administer payor contracts to support deal closure
Manage contract documentation, tracking, and organization using the partnership manager checklist
Coordinate with the legal and finance teams to ensure contract deliverables are completed accurately and on time
Required Qualifications
Experience reviewing and managing contracts, preferably within a healthcare or payor environment
Paralegal or legal background strongly preferred
Proven administrative experience with strong organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Experience working collaboratively with teams
