Requirements :

• Minimum 3 years of Proven Experience : Demonstrated success as an Auto BDC Agent is essential.
• Exceptional Communication Skills : Clear and effective communication with clients and internal teams.
• Adaptability : Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• Industry Acumen : Familiarity with automotive industry processes and superior customer service skills.
• Ability to text, email, photo-shop and ad copying

Responsibilities :

Lead Management : Handle inbound and outbound calls proficiently to generate and qualify leads.

Appointment Scheduling : Efficiently schedule appointments for prospective customers.

Client Engagement : Utilize superior communication and customer service skills to engage clients.

Collaboration : Work closely with sales and service teams to ensure unparalleled customer satisfaction.
