IMPORTANT!

McLaren Northern has incorporated a strict 3 strike attendance policy to advocate for their patient population. Any RN contractor who is absent from a scheduled shift or is more than 20 minutes late for their scheduled shift 3 times will be terminated effective immediately. Situations such as a communicable disease or hospitalization with supporting evidence will be reviewed in favor of the contractor. This policy will begin on 6 / 1 / 2024.

• Ortho, General, Endo-Vascular, Urgo, OB Experience - Preferred

Shift notes :

We need this shift filled from now until Friday 11 / 14 / 25. If the contract extended past this date, we would need the colleague to transition to :

10-hour shifts, 6 : 45am-5 : 15pm (non-consecutive working days, day off random M-F)

One weeknight of call every week, 7pm-11pm.

One weekend on call per month, rotating between Friday, Saturday, Sunday 7p-7a,

and Saturday and Sunday, 7a-7p.
