Saxman One is seeking a talented Graphic Artist to provide creative, timely, and high-quality graphic design and illustration support for projects, events, and presentations for an HHS Event Logistics Contract. This role involves conceptualizing and producing a variety of design deliverables that engage audiences and align with organizational objectives. The Graphic Artist will work closely with meeting organizers, project teams, and subject matter experts to ensure all designs are professional, brand-compliant, and delivered on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare art and graphic design / illustration projects, including layout, editing, and typesetting.
• Conceptualize and produce creative designs for trade show booths, exhibits, and related materials.
• Design graphic materials for project presentations and meeting deliverables.
• Provide a variety of art and graphics services, including :

~Designing and / or acquiring graphics and photographs for meeting announcements, web pages,

signage, and other meeting-related materials.

~Producing graphics for both digital and print communications.

~Ensuring all designs meet technical and stylistic requirements.

Qualifications

Travel Requirement : A range between 10% and 30% travel should be expected, although changing requirements may alter that percentage.
