We're seeking a Senior Personal Injury Paralegal who is ready to take ownership, shape systems, and help scale a premium PI practice from the ground up.
What You'll Do
- Advise the Managing Partner on best practices for building a top-tier PI firm.
- Design and implement efficient systems that allow the practice to grow smoothly.
- Mentor and support staff, fostering a client-first culture.
- Manage PI cases from intake ? demand ? settlement / litigation.
- Draft and organize demand packages, discovery, disclosures, and exhibits.
- Handle medical records, billing, liens (Medicaid / Medicare), and reimbursements.
- Communicate with clients, providers, adjusters, and opposing counsel.
- Maintain deadlines, calendars, and case notes in Clio.
