What we're looking for in a Speech and Language Pathologist

To excel as a Speech Language Pathologist at Chileda, you'll need a Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology and a Wisconsin License for Speech and Language Pathology or the commitment to obtain one within your first year. Experience working with children and young adults with developmental disabilities is preferred, as it equips you with the empathy and understanding essential for their growth. Intermediate computer skills will be necessary to navigate various software programs, enabling you to document progress and track therapies efficiently. You're expected to be a natural leader who can take charge, solve problems creatively, and provide clear direction.
