Toolroom Machinist

Pay : $26.00 / hour

Schedule : 1st Shift | Monday - Friday, 7 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM

Responsibilities :

• Verify dimensions, alignments, and clearances for precise machining
• Measure, mark, and scribe dimensions on raw materials to guide machine work
• Set up and operate mills, lathes, jig borers, grinders, and other manual / CNC tools
• Adjust machining parameters including speed, feed, depth, and coolant flow
• Monitor operations and make real-time adjustments as needed
• Inspect finished components to ensure they meet exact specifications
• Design and fabricate tools, jigs, fixtures, and templates for production use
• Troubleshoot and improve mold and fixture designs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
