The Sortation Supervisor oversees the daily sortation operations, ensuring that the team works efficiently and accurately to meet operational goals. This role involves directing the associate team, managing workflow, and resolving on-the-floor issues.

What you'll do :

• Direct and guide a team of associates during the sortation process.
• Monitor the flow of packages to ensure all deadlines are met.
• Must be able to safely operate a pallet jack for moving and staging pallets
• Train new associates on proper sorting and scanning procedures.
• Troubleshoot issues with equipment or package mis-sorts.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Report daily progress and issues to the Manager.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed and in place before and during sortation.

Getting a package—whether it’s a meal plan, a hot pair of shoes, or a new couch is fun. We aim to keep it that way, because delivery happiness shouldn’t end with a lost package, a moldy perishable, or a box teasing you from inside a locked leasing office.

So we designed a solution that removes the package burden from property managers and gives residents a delivery experience worthy of their excitement. That is, we allow property managers to focus on their core business (not package delivery), and bring every package safely to its owner’s waiting hands.
