Global Recruiting Manager - One year contract

The Global Recruiting Manager is a new role within the People & Culture team and will be responsible for building Rand Technologys first formal global recruiting function. This position will design and implement the systems, structure, and processes needed to support a growing global organization.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on recruiting professional with global experience who can manage the full recruitment lifecycle posting positions, sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and managing offers while also developing the tools, metrics, and governance required to scale talent acquisition across multiple regions.

This role will partner closely with the Global Director of People & Culture and collaborate with other team members to ensure alignment between recruiting operations, workforce planning, and Rands global business objectives.

Essential Functions

Full-Cycle Recruiting Execution

• Manage the end-to-end recruiting process for roles across North America, EMEA, and APAC.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and interview strategies.
• Post job openings, source candidates through multiple channels, and manage candidate pipelines.
• Screen and interview candidates to ensure alignment with Rands culture, values, and role requirements.
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and drive timely hiring decisions.
• Prepare, extend, and negotiate offers while ensuring compliance and internal consistency across regions.
