  • We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Banquet Captain to join our team.
  • The Banquet Captain is responsible for leading the service team during banquet events, ensuring exceptional guest service and smooth event execution.
  • This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding hospitality.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Supervise and coordinate all aspects of banquet setup, execution, and breakdown.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between banquet staff and event organizers or clients.
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service and quality.
  • Assign tasks and delegate responsibilities to servers and support staff during events.
  • Ensure proper table settings, food presentation, and cleanliness throughout the event.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, or concerns in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Conduct pre-event briefings with staff to review event details, timelines, and responsibilities.
  • Maintain inventory of banquet supplies and assist with post-event clean-up and reporting.
  • Assist with training and onboarding of new banquet staff as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.

    • Qualifications :
