• Shift : 12-hour night shifts (7 : 00 PM – 7 : 30 AM)\n
• Hours per Week : 36\n\nEstimated Weekly Salary\n
• Weekly Salary Range : $1,090 - $1,170 per week (estimated)\n\nLPN Qualifications\n
• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in New Hampshire\n
• At least 1 year of recent experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or similar clinical support setting\n
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)\n
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills\n
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced healthcare environment\n\nLPN Responsibilities\n
• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in accordance with LTC facility policies and procedures\n
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments accurately\n
• Monitor, assess, and document residents' conditions; promptly report changes to the healthcare team\n
• Collaborate with Registered Nurses (RNs), physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care\n
• Assist residents with daily living activities, promoting comfort and well-being\n
