• Inpatient child psychiatrist needed
• 25-bed behavioral unit for children
• 50% of the behavioral health staff are child psychiatrists
• Caseload is approximately 12 patients per day
• Integrated with other BH care models
• Physicians participate in a minimal call schedule (3 per year)
• Optional academic position in addition to a clinical role
