Utility Porter

Overview

The Utility Porter is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of the facility. This role supports daily operations by performing janitorial duties, assisting with minor maintenance tasks, and ensuring common areas are clean and well-stocked.

Pay : $21.50 / hour

Key Responsibilities :

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, hallways, and other common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust assigned areas regularly.
• Empty trash and recycling bins and replace liners.
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap.
• Assist with furniture setup and breakdown for meetings or events.
• Perform light maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs or reporting repair needs.
• Maintain cleanliness of exterior areas including sidewalks, entrances, and parking lots.
• Respond to service requests and emergencies in a timely and professional manner.
• Operate cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, carpet cleaners, and pressure washers.
• Follow safety procedures and use protective equipment as required.
