Salary : $70,000 - $85,000 per year

Controller

Location : This is a fully remote position but candidates must live in Florida for consideration.

Are you a hands-on, detail-loving finance professional who enjoys building systems and bringing structure to a fast-paced, growing company? P26 Dental Group is expanding rapidly and looking for a Controller whos ready to help scale our financial operations, support our amazing practices, and make a real difference behind the scenes.

What Youll Do

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial recordsincluding accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger entriesto keep our organization running smoothly.
  • Lead and streamline month-end close, account reconciliations, and journal entries.
  • Post and reconcile payrolls across multiple practice locations.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and project accounting in collaboration with operations and leadership.
  • Prepare timely financial reports that tell the story behind the numbers.
  • Assist with internal and external audits, ensuring compliance and clean reporting.
  • Help refine and improve financial systems and processes as we grow and acquire more partner practices.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP accounting principles.
  • Proficiency with QuickBooks and Due-To / From account management.
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindsetsomeone who enjoys building structure in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment.
  • Experience in multi-location medical or dental accounting is a plus (bonus points if youve worked within a DSO or healthcare setting).
