🚀 Year 1 – Lead & Learn

• Help build our community – developing community and family partnerships, supporting student recruitment & enrollment
• Lead a team of 3–4 educators to deliver rigorous, joyful, student-centered outcomes
• Model and champion Flourish culture : high joy, low bureaucracy, deep purpose
• Help refine and expand our innovative AI-supported, superpower-based learning model
