The Florida Department of Revenue's Child Support Program helpschildren get the financial support they need and deserve, promoting more stable childhoods and brighter futures. TheDepartment invites you to apply to become an essential member of our team as a senior attorney in Palm Beach, Florida, to represent the Department of Revenue Child Support Program in circuit court and Division of Administrative Hearings proceedings to establish paternity as needed and establish, modify, and enforce child support obligations in Palm Beach County.

Minimum requirements

  • Member of the Florida Bar
  • At least two years as an attorney

Preferences

  • Experience in child support and family law
  • Bilingual speaking skills (English and Spanish)

    • Special notes

  • The chosen incumbent will be expected to work at the West Palm Beach office.
  • This ad may be used to fill multiple positions.

    $60,015.12 - $88,736.40
