We are currently seeking a Senior Program Analyst to support our Army customer in Arlington, VA. This position is contingent upon contract award. The Senior Program Analyst provides writes and develops policy and conducts extensive research on Foreign Military Sales, Security Assistance, Export Controls, and Technology Transfer. Conducts technical writing and provides advice and recommendations to the US Government representatives on these same topics. Required Education and Experience : Must possess four (4) year Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of four (4) years of experience in international affairs and / or national security policy and be knowledgeable of the Foreign Military Sales process. The Bachelor's Degree requirement may be waived if the candidate has had at least ten (10) years of applied security assistance experience while serving as a uniformed member of the US Armed Forces or as a US Government employee Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required. Compensation at Precise Systems is determined by various factors, including education, experience, skills, competencies, and contract-specific requirements. The salary range for this position is $86,190.40 to $129,285.60 (annualized USD). This range represents the standard pay for this role and is just one component of Precise Systems' total compensation package.
