Safeguard National Security as a Counterintelligence Officer XTS is seeking a Counterintelligence Officer specializing in Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM) to support the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA).
In this mission-critical role, you will serve at the forefront of counterintelligence operations, detecting, evaluating, and mitigating technical surveillance threats that could compromise U.S. national security.
As a Counterintelligence Officer, you will lead and conduct TSCM operations, foreign visit inspections, gift examinations, digital counterexploitation, technical evaluations, and other advanced counterintelligence activities supporting the NGA TSCM program, TSSC modernization goals, and the Office of Counterintelligence Technical (CI) Division.
You will interpret and apply national and agency-level policies to ensure compliance with reporting, training, and regulatory requirements.
Leveraging your expertise in shielding, grounding, facility inspections, and protected distribution systems, you will protect classified facilities and enable secure operating environments that meet or exceed national security standards.
By producing detailed risk assessments, technical reports, and after-action reviews, you will deliver actionable insights that directly strengthen NGA’s counterintelligence readiness and provide leadership with the confidence to operate in contested environments.

Requirements :
- Active TS / SCI Clearance At least 7 years of relevant experience along with an Interagency Training Center (ITC) TSCM Certification Commitment to ongoing professional development, including completing a minimum of 40 hours of discipline-specific training or refresher courses each fiscal year through classroom, online, commercial, or government-sponsored programs Ability to meet DoD network access requirements within one year of assignment, including attaining and maintaining baseline certification for DoD 8570.01-M Information Assurance Technician II (IAT2) compliance, at the contractor's expense Desired : Experience writing, editing, and preparing technical reports, risk assessments, after-action reviews, or briefing materials to support counterintelligence missions Hands-on knowledge of telephone security protocols, including Telephone Security Groups (TSG) requirements, and the ability to assess and mitigate risks associated with communications systems Bachelor’s or post-graduate degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical discipline Completion of a credentialed federal or DoD counterintelligence training academy (e.g., FBI Academy, etc.) Apply now or send your resume directly to Antoine Thomas : antoine.thomas@xts-inc.com Why XTS?
