Key Responsibilities
Craft and execute strategies to accelerate seller ramp time and achieve quota consistency
Own continuous coaching and advanced skills training for the revenue organization
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align Go-To-Market messaging and execution
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in sales leadership, training, and performance coaching
Deep understanding of sales methodologies and revenue metrics
Proven ability to design and scale certification systems and embed coaching accountability
Experience in designing scalable systems and frameworks for high-performance sales
Bonus for fluency in leveraging AI and modern technology for coaching and skill development
