Primary Function :

To provide psychotherapy services to adult of all ages. This position requires providing service to the following age population(s) : Children (up to age 12) , Adolescents, (13-17) Adults (18-65) Older Adults (65) and F (Frail) in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of the functional / developmental age of the individual served.

Job Description

Education / Training / Experience : Masters Level LCSW licensed therapist. PA STATE CLINICAL SOCIAL WORK LICENSE REQUIRED.

Physical Demand Analysis :

Physical Requirements Assisting patients in wheel chairs. Moving therapy equipment

Visual Requirements - Adequate sight to see patients and document

Hearing Requirements - Ability to hear frail geriatric patients

Working Conditions - Normal working conditions. Office and Therapy rooms
