We're loading bays now and hiring CDJR technicians who diagnose fast, repair right the first time, and keep comebacks clean. If you want volume, OEM support, and a shop that rewards productivity, this is your lane.

What We Offer

$24 $47 / hour (based on experience & certifications) with real flat-rate earning potential

Full-time, stable hours (shop open Mon–Fri 7 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM , Sat 7 : 00 AM – 1 : 00 PM

Factory-level diagnostics / support (Mopar / wiTECH, OEM service data, special tools)

Your Role

Diagnose drivability, electrical / CAN, engine, transmission, chassis, brake, and HVAC concerns to CDJR OEM spec

Perform inspections, advanced diagnostics, and verify repairs with road tests

Execute PM services (fluids, brakes, alignments) with speed and precision

Build accurate estimates / timelines; communicate clearly with advisors and customers

Maintain shop equipment, documentation, and safety / compliance standards

Requirements

Minimum 4 years hands-on technician experience (dealership or high-line independent preferred)

Strong mechanical / electrical diagnostic skills; fluent with modern scan tools

Proven productivity and clean comebacks

High school diploma or equivalent ( ASE / Mopar Level certs preferred
