Evidence of successful teaching at the college level preferred.
Education
For undergraduate courses, MA is typically required, and PhD (or other terminal degree) preferred. For graduate courses, PhD is typically required.
Compensation
At Bethel, we offer classes that are 1, 2 or 4 credits. Adjunct load will vary based on capabilities of the Adjunct Professor and needs of the department. We pay $1,000 per credit hour for online courses and $1,250 per credit hour for in person or hybrid courses.
