Saint Joseph Medical Center in Joliet, IL is seeking a dedicated and skilled Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our growing Gastroenterology team. Position Details

• Will be employed by Prime Healthcare Illinois Medical Group
• Full Time employment | Inpatient Setting
• Flexible Schedules : Option for 12-hour shifts or 8-hour shifts
• No Call Requirements
• Provide comprehensive GI care
• Conduct initial assessments, follow-ups, and manage inpatient consults and outpatient follow-up visits.
• Participate in care coordination, documentation, and patient education.
• Multi-Site Role : Work between our Joliet location and Resurrection Medical Center in Chicago
• Collaborate with experienced gastroenterologists and support staff to optimize patient outcomes.
• State-of-the-Art Facilities with advanced GI diagnostic and treatment capabilities
