Key Responsibilities

Execute decision-making to analyze claims exposure and plan appropriate actions for resolution

Interact with various parties involved in the claim process to ensure effective communication and resolution

Document and communicate claim activity in a timely manner to support claim outcomes

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma

Minimum of 5 years related claims experience

Active adjusters' licenses in relevant jurisdictions (AL, FL, NC, SC, or GA)

Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices

Computer experience with related claims and business software
