Principal Process Integration Engineer

Mojo Vision is pioneering a highly flexible, wafers-in, wafers-out micro-LED platform to unlock AI applications in multiple market segments. Built over nine years by our skilled engineers, our system-level process combines advanced 300mm silicon architecture with GaN-on Silicon emitters, proprietary quantum dots, and micro-lens arrays to solve conventional trade-offs in size, brightness, bandwidth density, and power. You will help support the next-generation Data Communication Transceivers for AI infrastructure using Mojo's unique technology.

Roles and Responsibilities

• This is a senior technical position with broad responsibilities across Mojo Vision's core Micro-LED device development program. The role encompasses process flow development, process integration, coordination with external fabrication partners, and collaboration with upstream and downstream teams to enhance device performance.
• As a fab-light company, Mojo Vision designs and fabricates devices through close partnerships with world-class fabrication, development, and equipment vendors, while executing select novel processes internally.
• The successful candidate will play a key role in the development, fabrication, and characterization of Mojo Vision's Micro-LED displays. Mojo Vision owns the device design and process flow and is accountable for supply and quality delivered to product customers.
• The ideal candidate will have deep experience in semiconductor and optoelectronic processes, equipment, design, and materials, along with a strong track record of managing technical relationships with external suppliers. They must be able to communicate clearly and concisely, proactively identifying and addressing issues before they escalate
